Qualifications

I’ve completed a year-long personal and professional coach training with The Institute for Coaching Mastery. I am also a certified Insight Coach Practitioner. And I am committed to continuing to learn and expand.

I graduated with a BA in English, Psychology, and Gender Studies in 2024, Magna Cum Laude and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. I got a competitive job at a university and moved across the country to California, following my childhood dreams. I am committed to following my passions of coaching and writing, using my heart-centered values to remind others of their own power. I am a published poet, and my first collection will be out later this year.

I am fully a work-in-progress, and I am absolutely content with where I am. This coaching stuff I learned, it absolutely works. I am so excited for you to see how much is possible for you too.
